The Freshman Leadership Board was elected during the spring of their eighth-grade year. The Leadership Board was tasked with planning school-wide activities and promoting unity across the freshman class.
The Board consists of six elected representatives, including one president and one vice president, who were elected in September of 2025.
Representing the Class of 2029, Asher Greenberg was elected to the role of president.
“It has been an honor to help give back to the community that has given me so much, and become a leader my freshman year,” President Asher Greenberg ‘29 explained.
The Leadership Board meets at least twice per month to start organizing school-wide events such as the Flag Football Dance Performance, Spring Fling, and Homecoming.
The Ninth Grade Class Board was selected by their peers in recognition of their strong character and role-model behavior.
“If I ever need help about high school, or am concerned about something, I know I can turn to the class officers,” Mason Rubin ’29 said.
As the Class Board gears up for the final days of the school year, they aim to bring scheduled fun to the student body and prepare them for a successful Sophomore year.
“I want to keep things entertaining for other students and make sure everything is well organized,” Representative Samantha Kanner ’29 said.
The Class Board works closely with the Steering Committee to create the best possible versions of every school-wide event.
Steering Committee Member Joia Wirtenberg ‘29 said, “I feel like the events have been very fun, and we have helped the school gain more spirit.”
The Class Board has many surprises for the rest of the school year and encourages all students to finish the year off strong with Panther Pride.
