On September 8th, the class of 2027 participated in the annual class bonding trip to Universal Studios. This trip aims to unite students and teachers and create bonds beyond the classroom.
During the time at the park, the students had the opportunity to shop, eat, and ride many thrilling attractions. The freshmen had access to two parks: Islands of Adventures and Universal Studios.
“My favorite part about Universal was going on rides with my friends. My favorite was Rip Ride Rocket because I love the adrenaline rush on the drop,” Sarah Sponder ‘27 told Paw Print.
The ninth grade teachers that chaperoned this trip included Mr. Greenhut, Mr. Lowe, Mrs. Sarasua, Señora Chervony, Mr. Jurko, Mrs. Boyd, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Metzger, Mrs. Parkinson, and Mr. Keser. Mr. Curran was the trip sponsor, in charge of all the planning that went into the experience .
“It affords me the opportunity to have at least a hand in laying out what is potentially a great day of bonding for our new PC students in the 9th grade,” Mr. Curran told Paw Print about his role as trip sponsor.
Mr. Curran’s hard work was recognized by every student and teacher, with everyone having a great experience. The ninth grade class would like to thank Mr. Curran for all that he did in planning such an amazing trip.
