Well, it’s that time of year. The NBA season kicks off on October 29th as the Heat try to defend their back-to-back titles. This season, the road to another title has only gotten more difficult. I’ll try to predict each team’s season using only ten words or less.

Eastern Conference:

1- Miami Heat

2- Chicago Bulls

D-Rose will be better than ever.

3- Indiana Pacers

Great addition in Luis Scola. Best hair in the NBA.

4- Brooklyn Nets

It’s time for Deron Williams to prove himself.

5- New York Knicks

Destined to lose in the first round.

6- Washington Wizards

Will be sneaky good.

7- Cleveland Cavaliers

Kyrie Irving is just too good.

8- Detroit Pistons

Enjoy Josh Smith and his mound of bricks.

9- Atlanta Hawks

Guarantee a mid-season fire sale.

10- Toronto Raptors

Jonas Valanciunas will make a leap.

11- Milwaukee Bucks

So irrelevant.

12- Boston Celtics

It’s all in the hands of Gerald Wallace!

13- Orlando Magic

They will be bad, but their future may be bright.

14- Charlotte Bobcats

They will be bad, and their future will be bleak.

15- Philadelphia 76ers

Riggin’ for Wiggins!

Western Conference:

1- San Antonio Spurs

Will give them benefit of the doubt.

2- Los Angeles Clippers

Doc Rivers and Cp3 are a dangerous combination.

3- Oklahoma City Thunders

The Harden trade will haunt them forever.

4- Memphis Grizzlies

Toughest team in the league.

5- Golden State Warriors

Getting Iggy with it.

6- Houston Rockets

All the talent, but little experience.

7- Denver Nuggets

JaVale McGee doing JaVale McGee things.

8- Dallas Mavericks

Dirk will have a small renaissance.

9- Minnesota Timberwolves

Huge Kevin Love resurgence.

10- New Orleans Pelicans

Hate that Holiday trade… so impatient.

11- Los Angeles Lakers

The defense will be atrocious.

12- Portland Trailblazers

Really don’t like the roster chemistry.

13- Sacramento Kings

Boogie Cousins may be a “20-10” guy.

Great young roster to build around.
