With over a week of the NFL season already in the books, we can start making guesses on how each division will shape up as the year goes on. I’ll try predicting each team’s standing in under ten words. Let’s get started…
AFC East:
1. New England Patriots
They still have Bill Belichick and Tom Brady….
2. Miami Dolphins
Their weak offensive line may outweigh free agent additions.
3. New York Jets
Surprisingly, they have not looked completely inept thus far.
4. Buffalo Bills
They have Spiller and a bunch of nobodies on offense.
AFC North:
1. Cincinnati Bengals
AJ Green and Andy Dalton have never missed the playoffs.
2. Baltimore Ravens
Flacco is most definitely not elite.
3. Cleveland Browns
Defense looks solid, and offense is improved.
4. Pittsburgh Steelers
Yea, they looked that bad in week one.
AFC South:
1. Houston Texans
JJ Watt keeps doing his thing.
2.Indianapolis Colts
Andrew Luck continues to improve.
3. Tennessee Titans
They may be a wild card sleeper.
4. Jacksonville Jaguars
Clown around for Clowney!
AFC West:
1. Denver Broncos
Have a slew of offensive weapons.
2. Kansas City Chiefs
Alex Smith defines mediocre.
3. San Diego Chargers
This team has no direction whatsoever.
4. Oakland Raiders
2014 QB battle: Terrelle Pryor vs. Teddy Bridgewater
NFC East:
1. Dallas Cowboys
I can’t believe that I’m trusting this team.
2. Washington Redskins
In RGIII, we trust.
3. New York Giants
Running back situation looks shaky at best.
4. Philadelphia Eagles
It wasn’t easy to rank this team last.
NFC North:
1. Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers and… Aaron Rodgers
2. Chicago Bears
Cutler’s playing for that contract.
3. Detroit Lions
Love the Reggie Bush addition.
4. Minnesota Vikings
Regression!
NFC South:
1. Atlanta Falcons
This year is “do or die”.
2. New Orleans Saints
Sean Payton is finally back.
3. Carolina Panthers
How is Ron Rivera still coaching?
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
There is Going to be some Greg Schiano controversy.
NFC West:
1. San Francisco 49ers
This team is so well rounded.
2. Seattle Seahawks
Still is one of the Super Bowl favorites.
3. St. Louis Rams
It’s a “make or break” year for Sam Bradford.
4. Arizona Cardinals
Fitz finally has a quarterback again.
