When school is on break, it is time to relax and enjoy some of the exciting activities that South Florida offers. Here are a few activities close by which can be enjoyed by everyone.

Cato’s Bridge
A place worth driving to is Cato’s Bridge. Located in the Jupiter inlet, the shoreline under the bridge is a place for fun and adventure. Friends and family can spend the day snorkeling in the artificial reef or relaxing in the sun. Although boats are passing in the inlet, the area is safe. Everyone can find something to enjoy, such as fishing, boating, or having fun on the rope swing. After a day of activity or just to enjoy some relaxation, you get a beautiful view of the water from the bridge itself. From this standpoint, you can enjoy the boats passing and the view of the ocean. Many memories can be made here!

Morella
If you are looking for a way to treat yourself, stop by Morella in Royal Palm Place. The ice cream in this store is served on a stick, just like a popsicle! Morella has a flavor for everyone, with choices ranging from pistachio to dulce de leche. After selecting a flavor, customers can choose to dip their popsicles into delicious sauces, such as chocolate or cookie buttercream, followed by classic toppings. This store has excellent customer service, the dessert is made in front of you, and everyone can find something they like!

Sunset at the Beach
We are so fortunate to live in an area with warm weather all year round. Taking advantage of winter outdoor fun by planning an evening to watch the sunset at the beach can be so much fun. You can have a picnic, paint, listen to music, go swimming, or take a walk, all while enjoying the sunset. Taking time to indulge in nature is essential and an excellent way to treat yourself.

Lion Country Safari
Experience a drive-through safari from the comfort of your own car. Over 1,000 animals, including lions, ostriches, zebras, and giraffes, roam free in a natural habitat while the people visiting them are contained in their vehicles. There is also an amusement park with a few rides and activities and a petting zoo where safari go-ers can interact and feed some of the animals.
Mangrove Forests in Miami
In Biscayne National Park, everyone is welcome to kayak in the beautiful forests of mangroves along the shoreline. Kayaking here is serene and relaxing, which makes it quite enjoyable. You can also see the many birds, animals, and fish that find shelter within the safety of the Mangrove. With regulations to protect the mangroves, we can enjoy the exquisiteness of one of Florida’s native plants.
