These chocolate chip cookies were voted five stars by over 12,000 people on the internet, so of course, I wanted to try them out to see if they were deserving. I loved making these, they were super quick and I got everything done, from prep to baking, in an hour and a half. My biggest tip for cookies like these is to take them out of the oven a little bit underdone, as the cookies will cook on the rack, and keeping them in the oven too long will make them hard and overdone instead of gooey. Also, using dark chocolate chips really balances out the sweetness of the cookies and adds a more refined twist. 

I was skeptical at first, but I think these cookies were definitely worth the rating. They were the perfect mix of cakey and gooey!
