1. Arts After Dark
The Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, FL

Thursdays from 5-9 pm
The “Arts After Dark” program at the Norton Museum of Art is a unique combination of art and entertainment. Every Thursday at the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, something amazing happens. Hundreds of people come to view eccentric art “after dark”. Art is displayed both in the interior and exterior of the museum. The museum is home to over 7,000 works of art, including film, dance, music, and paintings, and currently has several local and international artists on display. Two of these artists are Terry Haggerty and Valerio Castello. Currently, the main exhibit is” The Renaissance to Rococo: European Collection Highlights Exhibit”. This exhibit runs until January 11th, 2015, and consists of antique 18th century artworks hand-selected from The Norton Museum’s holdings and a private art collection. “Arts After Dark” runs from 5 pm to 9 pm every Thursday night. 2. Italian Modernism
Nina Torres Fine Art Gallery, Miami, FL
November 7th from 7-10 pm
On November 7th from 7 to 10 pm, there will be an opening night event in honor of Manuela Cimmino’s art collection at the Nina Torres Fine Art Museum in Miami. Manuela Cimmino is a Milan-born Italian artist who concentrates on modern and contemporary art. She is motivated by her inherent desire to evoke the feelings of words in the visual aspects of art. Her primary medium is painting, and her exhibit is centered around the visual aspects of the most intense emotions that an individual can experience during his or her lifetime. Cimmino utilizes both geometric and unsystematic aesthetics to elicit an emotional response from the viewer.
