Tis the back-to-school season where merriment is found in small doses amidst panic and stress. The halls have been decked with backpacks, textbooks, and freshman- and the teachers have definitely started doling out gifts as in tests, quizzes, presentations, and projects. This year is more festive than ever, as the high school partakes in the seasonal festivities:

–       The annual Rules Assembly accompanied by a PowerPoint of the Naughty and Nice list

–       Forget going door-to-door caroling, we just shout our class names at the first assembly

–       The Honor Court Assembly fulfilling the season’s demand for the fictional and fantastical- dragons, symbols, and morals

–       A surprise special feature: The Laurence Welk’s Seasonal Spectacle replaced by the Senior Rave

–       Ringing in the new year with student store cookies and café scones galore

Now that we’re back in season, let’s celebrate with countless PC traditions and a few new ones thrown in to ring in the new school year.
